Many of the manuscripts that are submitted for assessment do not meet the Globusz OZ standards criteria, and are therefore not selected for inclusion in our eLibrary.

However, a number of manuscripts are identified by the assessment team, for their potential. The team members see value in the story, and identify that the writer's inexperience, or in some cases, their lack of English language skills, is the reason why the work falls below our standard.

When this happens, the team recommends the work for inclusion in our Writer's Workshop eLibrary as a First Draft eBook.

First Draft eBooks are compiled straight from the manuscripts. They have had little, if any, editing, and they require a great deal of work before they are ready for inclusion in the Globusz eLibrary.

We currently have one title in the Writer's Workshop, and we're looking for a dedicated mentor, or a team of mentors, who will work with the author and help him develop the work to the next stage.

We believe the author has potential, but as English is not his first language, he is having a degree of difficulty writing his thoughts fluently.

If you would like to assist this new author please so we can introduce you to him.

Readers can download First Draft eBooks and they can send their comments to us as well. Receiving feed-back from readers can help add a new dimension to the work's development.
